Description of bug: The default installation of CF 5 using Apache on Windows does not allow RDS to work. The file used for RDS connections is placed in {webroot}/main/ide.cfm, but Studio requests /cfide/main/ide.cfm. Using IIS, this doesn't stop RDS from working, since IIS doesn't check for the file's existence before passing the request to the RDS service. Apache, on the other hand, does check for the file's existence. This problem can be fixed by simply moving the {webroot}/main directory into the CFIDE directory also in the web root.
