Description of bug:
I recently encountered the fact that when the CFFILE UPLOAD tag is used, both ColdFusion server and Apache server are dramatically slowed down. When ColdFusion is uploading the file, all other requested html/cfm pages take a very long time to show up (unacceptable long).
