Description of bug: Coldfusion mixes month and day up in European (non UK) dates (I'm from Belgium) where day and/or month < 10. The date is properly put in the db and when one queries the db directly, one gets for eg Sep 10 2001 -> 10-09-2001;which is correct. If one retrieves the data with CF and do a dateformat dd-mm-yyyy, one gets 09-10-2001, which is incorrect (it should be 10-09-2001). This was already happening in CF 4.5 and is still an issue in CF 5. The only way to avoid it is to use TO_DATE function from Oracle. Currently we're using Oracle 8i and Solaris 8, but it occured also with eg Solaris 7 and Oracle 7.

Comments: As said, it happens only within European (non UK) dates (I'm from Belgium) where day and/or month < 10. Otherwise it works normal. So I consider this as a bug.
